The customer service is the worst! The managers attitude is poor. As a new customer I've been sent back and forth between the store and customer service 4 times and spent multiple lunch breaks in the store. I've accomplished nothing and each time I've been in the store the rep has told me something completely different than customer service. There's no empathy from any rep or any effort to get on the phone with customer service and try to figure it out. It's almost worth the extra money each month to stay at Verizon and not have to deal with these people.
