  • This is one of those businesses that deserves ZERO star but you need to give them 1. A terrible, Terrible business. The pool people we originally had sold their business to them, and from there everything went downhill and we had a serious of repairs and not so perfectly clean pool. Never respond to out questions in time but always so good in calling us for billing. Well actually this business no longer exists! We received an email from another pool business, notifying us that they will be taking over the pool service at ours starting April 2017. NOTHING FROM AZ POOL AND CARE TO LET US KNOW THAT! Before that they said our heater is out of order and needed to be replaced - Guess what, with this new pool service's recommendation we got one manufacturer-authorized repair person and he did repair it for $150 in a couple of hours!!
