  • Beware of this store. Went here to upgrade device, which was eligible for an upgrade at a discounted rate, and we're falsely told we were ineligible for an upgrade, and the salesman tried to charge us full price. Promptly went to Verizon store on 101st Ave and McDowell, and were offered a $100 discount, plus no issues or problems. Saved $600. Sales associates are on commission, and beware of the greedy dishonest ones, especially at the Rancho Santa Fe and McDowell location.
