  • Hands down the worst Sephora location. I needed help finding a couple items and not a single associate came up to ask me if I needed help. I have over 7 years experience in customer service, so I understand it gets busy. That being said, if you see a customer that looks like they need help, go help them. Or at least let them know you're aware of their presence. I even had to call the store while I was inside just just to get an answer to my question. After about 15 minutes of walking in circles, I had to leave. If you need anything from this location with no other options, please call beforehand to make sure they have what you're looking for. Never again.
