That's what she was telling all of us. Upon asking she said it would take a half hour. This is such crappy service. No reason a receipt couldn't come out as soon as she scanned the device in. I would just leave but then they could claim I never turned it in. Bad enough I have to call every year to re negotiate my "bundle" while they find a new promo. Too bad for all the unknowing folks who suck up the constant rate increases and don't know they have to call the LOYALTY dept every year and beg for an affordable price.
