THEY DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP TO THE COURT DATE. He took my money and did absolutely nothing which leaves me paying the full ticket, plus court fees, plus I lost 50$ to these guys. He told me he'd reimburse me since I payed off the ticket. he never did.
Get ready to hear the best parts:
The Chronicles of business owner Michael Low,
I went to the office. Owner wouldn't come speak personally because his employee had told him there was a guy (me) who wanted to speak with him about his ticket. So I spoke to him on the phone and he sounded agitated. He was rude, unprofessional and best of all HE CALLED ME "DUMB". He told me to get off his property immediately, several times. Then he hung up on me mid sentence.
I didn't know that the business moved location to a trailer. A trailer in a parking lot. I went to speak with him at his old office. The people in the office rolled their eyes when they heard his name and said basically that he does this all the time, takes people's money, assures them that he'll take care of things and then does nothing, leaving them with the original cost of the parking ticket, plus a court fee, plus what ever money you have payed the business. The people at his old office said "he should be stripped of his license to practice" and that they're "glad he finally left" their office.
I should have looked at the Yelp reviews before using the business. All 1 star reviews that sound similar to mine. So here I am warning you about it.
UPDATE:
I was emailed by the owner and told I can't have my money back unless I took down this review. I took it down and he still refused to give me my money. I put it back up and told him I'd take it down when he gives me my money back. HE TRIED TO INTIMIDATE ME by threatening that he'd SUE ME FOR DEFAMATION. This scare tactic he uses with everyone and it really freaked me out but its just another empty promise. He even threatened to get my girlfriend and her mother involved in the lawsuit. What the hell? He told me that he'd prove to my girlfriends mother that I was a "punk kid". Yes, I'm a punk for wanting him to pay me what he owes me? Check the date on this post, he still hasn't given me my money back. All in all he's a pleasure to work with.
Update:
Now been over a year, Mr Low just commented on this review saying to expect legal papers, don't be intimidated by him, he's a bully. He thinks people come on Yelp trying to defame him. Poor guy feels like the world is out to defame him for no reason, its just not fair is it Mr Low. As he likes to say, "I will see you in court", Mr Low, I'll show your mother-in-law the "punk kid" that YOU are. Just joking, you're a waste of time.
