I've been here several times over the last few months and have a pretty good experience each time (pedicures only). I never have an appointment, they are always pretty busy and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a technician. My first visit to Pro Nail's by Julie was what really sold me on returning - my technician had been hurried during my pedicure and had apparently cut my leg massage a few minutes short (I really hadn't noticed). I only realized this when I went to pay and the manager told me that she had deducted $3.00 from my service fee because the leg massage had been short (I hadn't mentioned this to her). After this, I went back to Pro Nails when I was in the area because I felt this attention to detail and desire to make things "right" (even when I didn't know it was wrong) really demonstrates good business ethics. The establishment is typically pretty clean and the prices are reasonable.
