I made it a mission to try as many korean restaurants in the valley as I can. I have fallen in love with korean food and I wanted to try one close to my work. I came in on a weekday for lunch and was immediately seated. I ordered the nakji bulgogi dolsot bimbimbap. Which comes due to my discovery of how much I love squid and octopus. As a Mexican I can't complain since we eat cow tongue (menudo y'all). The dish came with banchan and I pretty much gulped most of it down, and looked pitiful gulping down a second helping of bean sprouts. The small soup it comes with (miso?) was equally as delicious and the meal just reaffirmed my love for all things korean. I almost started belting out big bang or bts because I was so full and happy (not drunk). This place will be one I will be frequently stopping at. Next time I will try their soft tofu soups with an egg. Very good and authentic place.
