My husband did all the research on the new QLED TV - so decided to buy it at BB - PV location. A very young associate wrote up the sale & the TV was delivered today. One guy carried it in & left it - they did not unbox it - I got home 2 min after they left. I tried to get them on the phone to ask them to return but stayed on hold for 12 minutes. Called 3 times after - still no answer! The day before the delivery we received 4 phone calls from a Chicago number (recording) saying it was going to be delivered. Today I cannot get through to anyone. No one at the store to pick up the phone - no answer at the Chicago number. So here we are carefully cutting away the box...Would have loved for them to install but after giving them $4100 who wants to shell out another $300 for install? What horrible service. We live in a condo - we will have to cut that huge box up to fit it in the recycle bin. Stay away from this "customer NO service" big box store.
