Avoid a guy called Matthew Tray there. He should not be the face of customer service due to his unprofessional and douchebag of an attitude.
First visit: wanted a tire inspected and repaired, made an appointment at my time to wait and have it done. Took them 45 mins before informing me that it could not be repaired and needed my tires replaced instead, that I would have to wait longer to have it done. When I asked why it took so long to tell me that, the "assistant service manager" Matthew scoffed, told it me it was my fault for not picking up my phone (even though I was at the store and came to the service area immediately after I saw the call 5 mins later). One of the service guys from the back came out to tell Matthew something, and they got into a verbal argument at the desk. #greatimpression
Second visit: gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured, how badly can an oil change go wrong? BUT OH WAIT. Scheduled in advance an advertised 15 min oil change. Planned my day around this appointment. I arrived and unfortunately had to see his smug face there again. He told me I'd have to leave my car for 4 hours; when I said it was confirmed for 15 mins, he shook his head at me and said "nope". I said, "alright then I can't do this... I'm leaving". Dude stares at me and says "ok fine bye".
Ok fine bye Matthew I am never coming back here again and telling everyone I know not to either. Have fun being a jerk to other people! (Or your coworkers when you run out of customers)
