  • We used Moar for irrigation and plant installation in our backyard. There were absolutely no issues--- The process was quick and relatively inexpensive. We were so impressed initially that we decided to hire them on for monthly service... That was when things took a turn for the worse. The first time the maintenance crew came out, we had to call them back the next day to adequately remove the weeds. With all of the monsoons this season, a poor tree in our backyard took quite a beating. We asked them to come out and stake it. They said they would be out the following day and never showed. We had to call back twice to finally get someone to come out... Over a week later when the tree was on the ground. Unfortunately, I was home sick on their second to last visit to my home and was able to witness the service. We pay for both front and back yard maintenance. The crew never even went in the backyard. Additionally, branches and pieces of bush were left all over the front yard and driveway. I have stains from the plants being left on the pavement. I had experienced enough of this crap service and had my husband call to cancel our services. He spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed cancellation. However, the crew still came out and we were charged. I'm currently in the process of disputing the charge with the bank.
