Alchemist successfully & professionally installed a new pool heater last February. Three months later, it stopped working. When I called Alchemist to see what to do, they gave me wrong advice. They told me to go through home warranty. They were supposed to call Pentair. Two weeks later, after my home warranty redirected me back to Alchemist, customer service rep Amy told me to call Pentair directly. She even told me to look up the number myself and hung up on me. She was really mean :(. Turns out, homeowners are not allowed to call Pentair directly. So Pentair is having a different pool service repair the warrantied heater. Sorry Alchemist, I liked you before but Amy really was awful to me.
