I've been going to this location for years and I gotta say definitely gone down hill over the years. I buy relatively expensive products and in the past have not had any issues with any return I have to make over the years ( which has been very minimal- maybe 3 in ten years), however my last experience was horrible. I was made to feel like a criminal for having to return some brow pencil that costs approx 25 bucks. I have used it in the past and have always liked it, but something about my latest pencil was off. It didnt apply the same and actually beaded up when I got warm. Not a good look. When I went to return it the manager made it a show! Clearly I had used the product once. She kept rolling the pencil in and out when clearly almost ALL the product was there! She even said at one point that it appeared that ALL the product was there! Uh yeah duh- I just said I only used once. Ug Not to mention that I was purchasing more products that were more expensive than the exchange was. I was not trying to get cash or anything like that. Since I didnt have receipt she snarkily told me that she could only give me 19 dollars in exchange. I said Ok whatever, bettert than having brow pencil that I am not going to use. I paid for my additional products and left feeling like I had been like a brow pencil criminal. Lame! I will not return to that location unless totally have to. As a matter of fact can just get the products at a different retailer all together. My advice- dont try to return something here that doesnt work for you unless you want to ruin your day. I mean even Walgreens understands that not all beauty products are going to be "for you" and will allow customers to return or exchange for products that they do like. Its called customer service and customer retention.
