  • I would not call this company again. The ad in Craigslist stated 50 dollars to unclog a drain however ended up being 125 and the gentleman just had to unscrew the pipe and pull a piece of gunk out. After that he put it back together and he was done. It took him less than 10 minutes and didn't even dump the bucket of water out as he left it in my kitchen. The ad also says 179 for a new disposal installed however once they arrive the price was dramatically hire than what I was expecting based on their advertising. I would just find a different honest company to use UPDATE: The business owner stated that the ad said it was for local services which is untrue (see the link provided) as it does not say anything about distance. Paying for plumbing services is not the issue in my case as I understand the cost that goes into the work, however my concern is within the dishonesty of the business. I say this with all due respect, however the ad does not have any of the information the business owner stated and as previously stated if you are looking for an honest business to continue to use find someone else. In this situation I would have hoped the owner would have kept their word as advertised. An honest business is in my opinion worth more than the actual cost spent. Keep in mind the owner states the additional cost was due to the distance to my location, however the ad also says "NO TRIP CHARGES". Doesn't make any sense other than dishonest advertising.
