  • Overall, this is a great place. When I got here, I was putting my things away, there was a knock on the door, then a woman walked in. She thought I was housekeeping.... Ot hurt my feelings because I am African, with dreads, and maybe she thought I was not a guest based on my appearance. I asked her just to confirm, looking down at myself and my clothes, "Did you really think I was housekeeping?" She answered "Yes...... I'm so sorry. I hope you enjoy your stay." Although I was conscious about walking around the resort wondering if people would think I am housekeeping, the staff really made up for it, although it was humiliating. The rooms have everything you need. I never have to ask for toilet paper, paper towels, towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent... The appliances are in great shape, most are brand new. True, there's no elevators or restaurants on the property, however I personally enjoy cooking my own food and the kitchen provides everything for my cooking needs. I honestly can't ask for anything else!
