My wife has for the last 9 years used the quick-service lane when small issues would arise with our Ford pickup. Her last interaction with this seemingly new employee named Kevin, she has constantly received her attitude and no desire to service our truck. When she's asking questions, wanting clarification or wanting the truck to be serviced. 3 different opportunities arose where Kevin suggested that we take the truck to some place else to receive Servicing. I witnessed him displaying an attitude and unwillingness to answer questions, attitude and explaining the bill and not going over the services provided by the shop in which he acts as the front desk representative. The Quick Lane usually does a great job and offers great service but now that Kevin is there I don't believe we'll be back and now Ford because of Kevin has lost faithful customers.
