  • My S60 R Design (that I LOVE!) had a battery issue. I called and they suggested I call Volvo Roadside Assistance which I did. Once they got the car started, I drove directly to Volvo of Phoenix. This was not scheduled maintenance but Jake got the car in and taken care of. I left with a clean car, fully functional battery and as it was under warranty, no charge. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and appreciate that they have snacks and beverages while I wait. Thanks Jake for always taking great care of my Volvo and me!
