  • These guys are crooks out to take advantage of insurance money from water damage. Had damage in one of my rental properties and Dan came by saying he would take care of it all. Even told me he would pay my deductible if I used him (that should have been my sign) He then went on to charge my insurance company almost 5k for "demo" that took about 3 hours of ripping out some carpet and drywall. They then subbed out the rebuild to a company called picacho peak construction who wanted 14k to rebuild (I think the whole job should have been closer to 3k for all). I told Mark from picacho peak that 14k was ridiculous and I wasn't gonna take that to my insurance company, his reply was that I "could submit the 14k to the insurance and we could work out another deal". Told him I don't play that game and to re work his bid, he then came back 50% lower at 7k for the same job. Stay away!
