  • In all my years, I never went to Rubio's much until recently. I can't believe how incredibly delicious it is, and now I'm disappointed in myself for missing out on years of intensely savory gourmet food. I LOVE the salsas and the sauces. Also the staff is great! They keep a good attitude even when I show up right before closing. (HINT: shrimp!)
