The only thing Classy about this nail salon is the decor. I went in for the first time today. First off I'll mention, I'm moving from North Scottsdale to Shea and FLW and I'm looking for a new and closer nail salon. I'm moving on-site to the apartment community that I manage. Not only am I looking for a great place for me, but also a great place to refer all my new residents who are moving from out of town to. When I arrived today I was not even greeted, simply asked what I needed. I told the lady and signed in. She said nothing else and then walked to the pedi area as though we'd start. She then walks away and I'm just standing there. She points and says go over there. I sit down at the acrylic area and she walks back and continues her pedicure. I sit there for 5 minutes, make eye contact with her and she gives me a dirty look. I personally believe your customer is #1 and you should do whatever possible (while following policies, procedures, and laws) to assure they are happy and know they are appreciated. There are many other places they can go! The kind of service provided (or not provided) today is completely unacceptable. You lost my business and possibly many referrals over something as simple as doing your job. I would never refer people to a place like this.
