  • Martin, Brian, and their co-workers were extremely helpful. I was in town for a business meeting and had an issue with my truck. Thankfully, I found the shop just as my truck stalled. Martin rounded up several of the people in the shop and pushed me into the garage. Martin and Brian worked on my truck to diagnose and correct the issue. Unfortunately, due to timing, the replacement part didn't make it to the shop before they were supposed to close. Martin and Brian stayed over waiting for the part. Once they got word from their supplier that it wouldn't be in until the next day, they both worked with me to make sure I had a form of transportation. Martin even went beyond duty to offer me a ride. The work was done the following morning, before I came back to the shop. The pricing was very fair, consistent with the rate for the repair on the web. If I ever am unfortunate enough to have vehicle problems in Cleveland again, I'll definitely consider taking my vehicle to Martin at Artisan.
