  • The first time I came here I did have a minor bump in the road, but Shay the manager reached out to me immediately and rectified everything. Upon my second visit, I had X-rays taken and met with the dentist who gave me a realistic opinion on what could be done for my teeth. Everyone was friendly and seemed eager to help. The woman who did my financing (I wish I could remember her name!) was awesome and super friendly I really enjoyed sitting with her and I didn't feel pressured by her at all. Once I was approved, she asked if I wanted to start my treatment today, and I did, and she walked me right over to get my new teeth! I love that they ere able to get me in same day and that my permanent teeth will be ready in just two weeks. The pricing is very fair as well! I had Dr. mohlman who was fantastic, as well as Steven assisting him. Darcy made my temporary teeth and she was awesome as well. Everyone I met was friendly and provided awesome customer service. The girls behind the reception desk are super nice too. All in all, I wouldn't let one bad egg deter you from going here. I'm already in love with my temporary teeth and I know my permanent ones are going to look even better! If you work with the right people at Abbey, you're sure to be happy, and I'm pretty sure most of the staff is fantastic. My boyfriend went here as well and his teeth look amazing. Definitely recommend.
