  • I went to this Bank of America location today and was seen by a personal banker named Anthony. He was rude and pushy. We needed to switch money between accounts. I told him I wasn't interested in their interest rates but he threw the brochure in front of me anyway and continued being very aggressive. We actually started yelling back and forth at one point. I sat through the rest of the appointment fighting back tears. Definitely won't be seeing him again or coming back to this branch.
