There is not enough space within Yelp to describe my disdain with this dental practice. If I could give zero stars, I would.
In 2016, Dr. Connolly replaced an old filling of mine and failed to recognize the need for a crown. As a result, my tooth broke while on vacation and I then needed both a root canal and a crown. I advised that I did not want to see Dr. Connolly. They assured me he was no longer employed there and discounted me $200 for my troubles.
Now, it has been discovered that they failed to remove all of the decay while filling two of my 12-year-old son's teeth. As a result, he has had to undergo two root canals to correct the damage done by Canyon Pointe Dental.
In addition to this review, I will be researching ways to report this practice to the proper authorities. They are a corporate-run group with no interest in proper patient care.
