  • Zero stars!!! This place is out to scam you! Bad customer service is one thing, but these folks are trying to illegally sell you phone for a certain price on paper, then charge you at least 5 times the amount to your credit card! They try to be slick with adding on hidden fees, and make you out to be an idiot when they tell you about extra charges (as if they had told us all along.) Original goal: to add another line to the family plan, specifically with an iPhone plus 6. Experience: We were promised, signed, IN WRITING an iPhone 6 plus for $20/month, plus price of the phone for $110, plus accessories. When the phone "arrived" at the store several days later, they tried to add on at least $60 more per month, $100 more for the phone, and a completely different setup. The manager, Kenny, always had a different price each time we talked with him. After several weeks of negotiating to come to an agreement, we worked with a female employee named Avery who was seemingly helpful and gave us the plan for $20 a month with the promised accessories to the iPhone 6 plus. She tried to play off the accidental charge increases, but we talked her down to the written agreement we had from several weeks prior. She told us in words that we had 30 days in case there were any problems. Exactly 2 weeks later, the bill arrived and it was $180 more than the receipt we had, and the written agreement that we had. After calling Verizon itself, they told there was only 2 weeks to return anything, and that there was no possible way to have the plan and iPhone 6 plus for what we apparently already bought it for. The phone situation has yet not been resolved, but this place is completely a scam, and they guard your credit card information and even your online verizon account information, and charge you amounts that do not correlate with When we called Kenny on the 14th day, he yelled on the phone saying "But you're over 14 days!" And hung up. No, Kenny, we were not over 14 days, even though you and your employed minions always said there were 30 days to return your phone box of lies.
