  • This place should be shut down for fraud. No soap came out during the wash so my husband told the manager, whose response was "What do you want me to do?" When my husband replied he should have it fixed, the manger replied it can take months for someone to come out and fix it. Then he proceed to argue with my husband about it, saying "What do you have any me to do? I can't fix it myself." So they are knowingly taking people's money without actually providing the agreed service. That's fraud. My husband had to fight to get a refund.
