| - Don't ever go to Toby Keith's on High Street in Phoenix. I left my credit card there because they asked if I wanted to keep my tab open after ordering a round of drinks and I told them to keep it open. They kept my credit card, no big deal. At the end of the night, I closed my tab out and left. I realized that I didn't have my card back and went back to get it. I spoke with five separate bar tenders who told me that they don't keep cards. I told them that I didn't have it and ignored me and I got the next bartenders attention and asked the same question. After about fifteen minutes, one of the bartenders brings me my card and said, "Sorry, we did have it". I turned to the other bartenders who said that they didn't have it and said, "I've got my card now, thanks". All of a sudden one of the security guys is pushing me, saying that I was behind the bar, which I wasn't; and then about eight of them are wrestling me to the ground and dragging me out, saying I was behind the bar, which I wasn't. They ripped a brand new shirt of mine and were acting out as if I was some escaped convict or prisoner. Then a guy who said that he was the manager, Derek Neikirk, said I was behind the bar, in a canned response. He wasn't there and just covering his butt. I've never been in a fight in my life. I'm not confrontational. His staff was looking for some action and picked on me. DO NOT GO HERE. Bad people. Bad place. Not a safe environment.
