Excellent pizza. I tried the Gem and the Gordon. Both were really good. I would recommend the Gem. Its a red pizza with pepperoni, sausage, ricotta, oregano, and garlic. Plenty of toppings and cooked with wood in a brick oven. The crust was good but it was a bit burnt in spots. I like crust to be made this way but this was a little more burnt than what I have been used to.
The only other issue was 16 for such a small pizza seemed a bit high. But thats probably the reason they are in far No Scottsdale and Im not.
Other than that this is a very solid pizzeria to add to AZs amazing pizza list. I swear you can get better pizza in this town than Mexican food.
