  • My experience with Charlotte Skin and Laser has been a positive one. I had concerns before my appointment regarding products sold there. It can be overwhelming to make a choice! The staff kindly provided me with samples to try before making a buy. I also received a call back explaining products and services so that my time would not be wasted when I came in for my appointment. The staff is delightful and made "going to the Dr." fun! Needed suggestions were offerred for my treatment. Upon checkout, without asking, i was given an appropriate discount available to me. Dr. Rostan is efficient and from what I noticed, runs a postiive workplace for her employees. (Also there are some lovely paintings of animals on the walls!)
