We were heading back from our fancy dinner at Au Pied de Cochon when we stumbled upon this arcade bar. The cover is $7 to enter, but if you're a student, you're in luck, because not only do you pay only $5 to enter, but you also get a drink for free. Coat check is included in this cover and after you enter, you can play as many games as you like for free. Let the fun begin!
We got our gin and tonics (our free drink, which could have been some of their light beers or a well drink) and made our way toward the arcade games. We eased ourselves into the night with a game of dual Tetris, followed by Pac-Man, but soon we would find ourselves getting intense at a game of Mortal Combat. After playing almost all of the arcade games at least once, we moved over to the Nintendo GameCube corner for some more 90s and early 00s nostalgia.
We decided the fun was getting to be too much for us hours later when we noticed how dry and red our eyes were and called it a night. It was the best 5 bucks we ever spent.
