  • Don't fall in their business trap. Except for Brittany, most of the technicians at this location don't know what they are doing. I have requested Brittany for my lazer hair treatments, but the office and customer service said, you can't do this anymore. They want your money and then they will do whatever they want afterwards. When I scheduled a treatment session with Brittany, they have cancelled it without letting me know. Front desk office displays poor customer service so does the head of their corporate's customer service department, her name is Barbara. Don't waste your money and time.
