  • We stopped by here to get a cover for our spa that is completely worn out over the years. The sales guy, Jeff (possibly the owner), was not a high pressure sales guy which I like. I explained to him what we were looking for. He made the prices very clear to us up front, how much it would cost to deliver it versus in store pick up, and also sent his son out to do measurement before making our cover. He also showed us different choices in color. They require 50% up front before ordering your item. He isn't exactly a smiley guy but certainly is honest about prices and gave us the right expectation. I'll pick that any day over someone who smiles at U and yet upsell everything with hidden cost. The cover that was delivered with the right size, but the clipped was made a bit too long on both ends. Something I have to live with for the price we pay. I did browse around the store on my way out. They do have high quality spa with different heights, color and style. When my spa is out of commission, I'll definitely come back again to shop around. They also sell spa chemicals if you need some.
