  • I loved the concept of this new restaurant. You have the option to pick from 5 different broth choices. From there you can pick your vegetables, and your meat. If you sit next to the conveyer belt you have to option to pick any of the items you would like just at your reach. They also have a great selection of sauces, so if you feel a bit adventurous you can mix them and create your own. They had several meat and seafood packages which allowed us to try some of their most popular meats. I had a great time picking and creating my own soup. However, the service was just terrible. It was almost impossible to get out waters refilled. On top of that we ordered a side dish with our server and he never delivered it. We even reminded him twice and no luck. Thankfully this restaurant had an excellent manager. Joyce was very friendly and tried to accommodate us and help out as much as possible! So I was torn I couldn't give this restaurant a higher rating, but without their manager our overall experience would have been below expectations.
