  • The food is great. I've been here before and loved the jalapeño burger. If you like spice, this is a must try. However, their service is disgraceful. I really wanted my boyfriend to try this place and was disappointed when I saw a long line to get in. I was assured by the hostesses it would only be about a 30 minute wait, which not-so-quickly turned into a 45-minute wait. By this time we were only a bit more than half-way. I went to talk to them about why it was moving slower than we were told and why other parties were walking in (when there were no reservations available). I was told these were diamond players and they took priority. This would've been good info to have before we wasted 45-mins in line. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Terrible service Gordon!
