I was told my car repair would take about 4hours, so I dropped off my car at 7:30am in order to get my car back earlier in the day to take care of other things I had planned in the day and would get a call around noon. I didn't get a call, so I called to get an update and they stated it would be another 1.5-2hours. Got a call around 4pm finally letting me know it was ready for pick up. I was mainly frustrated with the lack of follow-through in communication. I would've been fine if I was told it would be an all day thing, but saying otherwise was inconvenient for my day. That was really frustrating on a only one day off type of schedule.
