  • I'm going to start this review with a little negative experience I had with this company, specifically with the argumentative and stubborn district manager Rodger C. and his band of rude employees (Lawrence) at Arroyo shopping center(Rainbow & 215). They were of course reluctant to help and after trying to get in touch with upper management at the company about a VERY poor experience with the manchild of Arroyo, Lawrence, it not only took 3 (three) months to get a response from Rodger C. but when he finally did get in touch with me he thought it would be better to argue with me about why Lawrence is not wrong, rather than simply try to hear my side of the story. That's retail-capitalism for you. *middle-finger emoji* So as you see above (and as all us gamers may know) GameStop is not without it's really bad apples, even for some reason, in upper management, but I do owe quite a bit of credit to my fellas (and few ladies) at this location on Fort Apache. They are by far the best shop in Vegas, as long as you don't come into the store with your 5 rabid children and treat them rudely (like many of you do) and even in this case they will treat you kindly. Everyone at this shop will greet you with a smile, will answer even the most detailed or arbitrary questions, go the extra mile to help you out and won't quote you the wrong price, overcharge you, or criticize you rudely about your taste in video games in front of your girl (Lawrence the man-child of Arroyo *middle finger emoji*). When you go to pick up a preorder they are organized, friendly, fast as hell, and helpful. I really like this shop and I'm sorry to hear that some of you had bad experiences here but this is still arguably the best staff and location in Vegas, NOT due to Rodger C. Due to the fact that they genuinely, care, appreciate and know video games and have an innate sense of friendly down-to-earth customer service. Thank you all of you for your help! Can't wait to pick up DB Fighterz!!
