  • Products are way too expensive and seems to be a bit of a scam. I ordered a photo book almost a year ago for almost $1000 for 10 pages and they gave me a hard time for submitting simple revisions (wanted a couple pictures taken out and replaced). I had to pay an extra $83 for them to make an 8 picture spread 6 pictures. Hopefully I get the photo book soon now that they are willing to do the work I originally paid for. Should have used shutterfly! Other than that the picture quality is great. You have to pay $500 to get the USB file if all your pictures regardless of if it was 15 pictures or 500 #shady
