  • Most car dealerships hold a contemptible reputation. Well I'm glad to prove there are exceptions and, Mark Kia is one of them. Every time I come in I don't have an appointment, but someone is always ready to welcome me with their prompt service. Since I have a platinum maintenance plan on my Optima, everything I need to repair/replace is covered and they also watch for eventual scratches. Not to mention that the car wash is included with every service. A car attendant will keep you updated with any complications or status of your car. In other words, you can give your car to these guys and feel safe your 4-wheel is in good hands. The lounge room is ample, comfy and well-kept. I'd suggest you bring a book to read though, even though they try to be as quick as they can, maintenance can take up some time. They also have the complimentary option of driving you places and pick you up once the car is ready to go. These people are courteous and professional, I only wish I had bought the car from them.
