  • If you have any choice, don't use this service. I'm a very healthy person with limited needs for healthcare. Every time I try to get a routine service done (think, a yearly checkup, an innocuous prescription), I get my heart ripped out. HA changes their coverage constantly. Go to the same doctor two years in a row, ask if they take your insurance, they'll say yes, then you'll get a fat bill.
