  • In my Opinion Don't use Nadia Freeman! She uses a inspector to help get the sale ! Her and inspector Didn't say anything about my dining room ceiling water damage. Many different electrical problems I have mold, I have broken sewer pipes with tree roots growing inside, on a house that was built in 1966 she should've known to run a camera with the plumber to check the sewer lines and Also have the roof a certified which didn't and she was let the sellers realtor hire four people from Home Depot to fix the roof leak which is still leaks. When I ask Nadia Freeman how good is the neighborhood she told me that this was a very good neighborhood no issues she said she looked up the crime and there was no crime here, she lied about that big time ! She will tell you what ever she can to make a sale .
