  • I received 5-star service from Jun -- the BEST SA I've encountered in any Louis Vuitton boutique (including those in Paris, USA, and Canada) We originally came in for luggage tags and hot stamping but Jun was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable that I ended up buying a "unicorn" (hard to get) bag--the Pochette Metis! I had a great time learning about the different types of material they use on bags, how to treat the bags, and a little LV history as well. Jun wasn't the only one who was friendly and patient, at least 3 other SAs were as helpful and upbeat as Jun! I was only in town for a couple of days and I didn't want to bring my new purse to Banff. Jun informed me that I could pick up my new purse and my luggage tags when I got back to Calgary. (Life saver!) Although Jun wasn't there when I went back to pick up my bag, the staff who was working that day made it a breeze to pickup my purchase. I was in and out of the store in no time. There is public parking in the building and it's free during a certain time of the weekend -- weekdays aren't free.
