I was not greeted when I walked in, which is not a huge deal, however when I was looking for assistance I couldn't locate any of the employees. During my check out process my cashier Claudia was very dry & more entertained by the conversation her & her co worker were having, I asked to use my coupon that I have she stated that I couldn't because they were prestige brands.... I am very aware of that since I shop ulta regularly, however the adrell eyelashes I purchased were not a prestige brand & I have used my coupon on those same eyelashes once before. my feed back to the experience I had today at ulta was very disappointing! The customer service / engagement wasn't there. Over hearing conversations at the cash wrap "having $400.00 in for the hour", I am pretty sure if the associates were a bit more friendly & engaged with their guests instead of one another, the hour sales would be a lot higher... I am sure there would be an increase in their UPT & ADT & conversion as well! Get these sales associates coached especially since guests are taking much more comfort in online shopping these days, I won't be returning to this location, although the location is convenient the customer service portion isn't worth it.
