  • I love trying different types of food which is what drew my to Gil's Kitchen in the first place. I would say don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside it doesn't look like much and it's also in a strip mall which can be off putting. This place is FABULOUS and the food is AMAZING! I had some empanadas and the Bandaja Palsa. The staff was very attentive but not annoying and graciously answered my questions (my waitress even coached me on how to correctly pronounce my dish). My friends had the Mini Palsa and tacos. We all decided that Gil's Kitchen warranted a definite return visit!
