  • I purchased a set of new firestone champion fuel fighters 3 months ago from another location in Las Vegas. Had a pretty terrible experience so when i got a nail in one of my new tires while going 65 mph on the freeway i was pretty overwhelmed. I called the closet firestone to my job and Shelby was so attentive to my needs and put all my worries to ease. She didn't have the tire in stock but she got one to her store within an hour, and kept me updated the whole time she was getting everything taken care of for my car. Her customer service was beyond impressive and kindness during my bad day really changed the whole situation. If you're in the centennial area i would definitely go see Shelby, she's truly amazing.
