  • Sad, went back a 2nd time months ago and had a pretty decent/satisfactory experience (bought an out-of-print art book, from their great selection of art/design titles). Went yesterday (7/31), again closed during their posted hours (almost an hour and a half early). It's not a typical 'retail' store, but it's sad they care so little about their customers - like stated before, they have numerous social media outlets which they diligently update for sale info but can't be bothered to even post a printed sign on their door.
