  • When our dog started all of a sudden limping we wanted to bring her to a vet immediately. I called the VCA and was told the vets that were there were pretty booked but to bring our dog and they would do their best to get us in. I hadn't even finished checking in and filling out paperwork before they already called us back. The front desk staff, assistant, and vet were so great. They were able to pinpoint immediately what was going on and were thorough to check her over. I think we were probably in and out in about a half hour all together. The office was nice and pretty clean from what I could see. We happen to live close by but regardless the experience was enough that I plan to get her vet records and switch to them for good. We so appreciated the experience yesterday!
