  • Definitely impressed by this place. I'm not exactly a picky BBT person (ill go to 168 if I'm craving it), but you can certainly taste the difference here. A good way to judge, is it to just get a tea without the milk, so you can taste how much dilution there is. My wife ordered the Iron Goddess tea sans milk, and it was perfectly steeped imo. Not too much water, or tea, balanced quite nicely. I ordered their signature Royal 9 and at first was skeptical about that blueberry aftertaste ppl were talking about. It is quite nice and really works well with the typical milk tea flavor. Definitely will be back here!
