Boarding: New customer dissappointment.
I used to be a customer 12year ago until their prices were getting way too high and switched to a new kennel.
I thought I would try a this kennel again seeing their prices are more reasonable. I made a boarding reservation online and I filled in the new client form and submitted it. I got an email the next day saying they couldn't find a record of my dog and I responded that I submited a new client form online for him. Never heard back on the email response or if the reservation was accepted. I tried calling 4 days in a row (during the day) and always had to push too many buttons, only to get a recording for me to leave a message and someone will get back to me. As a new customer, you think they would follow up right away...nope! Not being able to get through to talk to a real person is a huge disappointment and unacceptable. I don't have time playing phone-tag. I think I'll stick with my current kennel. They ALWAYS answer the phone and followup! This place gets a big thumbs down for poor customer service.
