I ordered a bouquet months in advance of my wedding, brought in photos, and spoke personally with a consultant. I picked up my bouquet on the Friday before my wedding and I was completely agast. I couldn't believe how opposite my bouquet was from what I requested. Even worse, another customer was checking out with a floral arrangement that was what I had wanted and they had the gall to tell me and that willing customer that we couldn't trade even if I paid the difference (which meant that they would owe me $20) because my bouquet was commissioned. His arrangement was twice the size of mine and they told him that he wouldn't want a bridal bouquet even after he had seen it and wanted it. They continued to "fix" my bouquet becoming increasingly irritated with me as told them it is still not at all what I requested. I even showed them the original picture of the floral wreath I commissioned that was supposed to match (color wise). They would say, "We've already added more than what you paid for." Which was not at all the point. I continued to show the picture but this must have been a visually impaired employee because she kept adding the wrong thing. I finally gave up and left. She even tried to cheat me on the box to carry it out. Never going back here. I had to go to another florist the next day (the day before my wedding) when I should have been enjoying my family members who flew in to see the wedding.
