I made an appointment with them between 10am-12pm for an estimate. At 12:01pm, I called the office to find out why no one showed up and they said the tech called and left a voice message on my phone saying that he was going to be late. I didn't get that voice mail. It certainly wasn't my fault, but my tenant who's been there all morning wasn't so happy. Waiting for them to show up now.
Update: later on the day, the owner and an admin called me seperately. They apologize that they came outside of the window time. I found out through the admin that they didn't have the right number but they called me at home.
This business cares lot about their customers. Unfortunately, I didn't go with having them install any water heater, but they gave me some very valuable advice on what to do in situations like my water heater breaking.
Overall my experience with them was a positive one.
